Our SME manufacturing client is strengthening their position within their technical product markets and as part of their growth plans now wish to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to work closely with the Managing Director.

The role will have full board accountability, suiting someone who can personally drive high-value product sales, oversee lead generation, and build strong routes to product specification across the UK and global markets.

The successful candidate will enhance the company’s market position by achieving financial growth and meeting specific KPIs. This role is integral to the company’s future through innovation, market insight, and the execution of key initiatives within the business. It will develop plans, lead and execute all sales and marketing activities and hold full P&L responsibility.

For this role, candidates must bring a proven track record of developing and deepening strategic client relationships, evidencing when, and how, they have driven revenue growth and market expansion across diverse B2B, product-led markets.  In addition, you must bring strong strategic planning and execution skills, with an ability to integrate sales and marketing initiatives effectively within a manufacturing context.
